County National Bank’s Board of Directors includes eight elected business leaders from diverse backgrounds representing our geographic market. It is the duty of the Board of Directors to see that the bank is properly managed and that the bank officers conduct the bank’s business carefully, safely, and properly with profit. Bank directors are accountable not only to the shareholders, but also to the bank regulators to ensure compliance with rules and bank practices. They are also responsible for being educated on bank management, matters of finance, and more. As you can see, CNB’s Board of Directors assumes a heavy responsibility.
