Stephanie Thomas Stephanie Thomas is a mortgage assistant located at the Hillsdale Office. Stephanie fields phone calls and assists customers in the busy mortgage department. She also monitors and disburses draws on construction loans and tracks flood insurance for properties that are within a special flood hazard area. Stephanie is responsible for land contract payment processing and she also handles the reporting for the bank regarding the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA).
