East Boston Savings Bank Provides Financing for Boston Celtics’ New Practice Facility

East Boston Savings Bank (EBSB) has partnered with NB Development Group, an affiliate of New Balance Athletics, Inc. by providing the financing towards 40 Guest Street, at Boston Landing in Brighton, MA, a mix of office/lab/retail and the new practice facility of the Boston Celtics. The $76 MM Construction to Permanent Loan was arranged through Transwestern on behalf of NB Development Group. The Boston Celtics announced the official ground-breaking of their new practice facility back in November of 2016, with an expected completion in June of 2018.
