Q & A Paige Young

At First Liberty, we are always looking for ways to serve our community, including getting to know you better. We want to be the type of bank who knows your name. We also want you to get to know us better. Each month, we will be featuring one of our employees for all of us to learn more about each other. This month we would like you to meet Paige Young, Loan Portfolio Manager at our Norman Branch.

Paige with her husband Nicholas in the mountains.

Where did you work before FLB?

I worked in the SBA Department at another local bank.

Tell us a little bit about what you do here.

My title is Loan Portfolio Manager, but being in Norman means I do everything including teller work and account servicing. However, my main focus is in loans.

What is your favorite part of working here?

I love the City of Norman and being a part of building the Norman Branch.

If you could pick anyone to have lunch with (real or fictional, dead or alive) who would it be and why?

My father-in-law. He passed away due to cancer last year and I’d like to be able to sit down with him once more.

What are some of your favorite things to do outside of work?

My husband and I try to go camping often. We also like to spend any spare time we can get in Colorado.

What’s your favorite vacation spot?

Anywhere in the mountains. I’m not a fan of the ocean.

What might people be surprised to know about you?

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics.
