If Anne Can Do It: Choose Happy vs. COVID-19 et al
A Message from Joey Root, President & CEO

In February of 2019, I wrote an article for this newsletter titled “The Choice is Yours: Choose Happy.” In it, I argued that happiness is a choice, not a destination.

We make hundreds of choices every day. Workout or lay in bed another 45 minutes? The grey suit, the blue suit, or sweatpants? High heels or flats? Over easy, scrambled, or fresh fruit and yogurt? Do I have enough gas to get to work, or do I need to stop and fill ‘er up?

Why not choose happy instead of bummed out?
