Its true that theres an exception to every rule: Club 50 doesnt like to repeat trips, but last years NYC overnighter received such an overwhelming response (and a long waiting list) that were happy to offer this memorable trip again this year!

Our on-the-go encore in the Big Apple starts Sunday with Ellis Island and The Statue of Liberty (Pedestal visit included; Crown visit not available). Then we will have dinner at the very fun and very tasty Carmines Family Style Restaurant in Times Square before we head to our deluxe accommodations at Hilton Hasbrouck Heights, NJ.

On Monday after a full American breakfast buffet at the hotel, we will have a little time for shopping and lunch on our own at Rockefeller Center before our guided tour at The National 9/11 Memorial & Museum. Marvel at the stunning skyline views while you enjoy an informative interpretation highlighting the history of the World Trade Center and the construction of the Freedom Tower and the 9/11 Memorial Museum. View the names inscribed around the Memorial pools set inside the original footprints of the Twin Towers, and see the WTC including 1 World Trade Center, which is the tallest building in the U.S. at 1,776 feet! The Museum displays artifacts associated with the events of 9/11, while presenting stories of loss and recovery. After that, we will have a local guide provide a special 9/11 Memorial walking tour.

We leave from the American Legion Post 440, 295 California Street, Newton, at 7 a.m. Sunday, and return approximately 9 p.m. Monday. All necessary taxes, gratuities, and baggage handling (one bag per person) are included.

Full payment is due with reservation.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund available up to Sept. 23; after Sept. 23, only if there is someone to take your place.

Please note: Motorcoach seating is assigned according to the date & time we receive your reservation (excluding accommodations for special needs), starting 8:30 a.m. on the established first date of sign up. Non-members traveling with us must do so as the guest of a current club member. Individuals who require special attention must bring someone to assist them.
