Greetings from Florida!

 

Being here was so nice for a few days in February that I decided to return for a little longer this month. I hope most of you have been able to take a break from New England’s winter weather too.

 

But before I left, I was happy to be able to finalize our 2013 trips schedule. Here’s the latest: Our TBA day trip for October is now Buddy, the Buddy Holly Story at Ogunquit Playhouse on Thursday, October 17. We have wanted to go to the Playhouse, even more so when we were virtually next door to it during last summer’s trip to Ogunquit for a Down East Lobster Bake at Jonathan’s Restaurant. We will be returning to Jonathan’s to try their other delicious dishes!

 

We also have the date for the August trip to Castle in the Clouds: Wednesday, August 21.

 

And one more fyi: For our Provincetown Dunes Tour on Wednesday, July 24, we are going to take the high-speed ferry from Boston. It’s an enjoyable ride and it affords us more time in Provincetown.

 

We’re excited to be back day-tripping after a few months away, and from the way our Upper Deck Trolley Tour of Boston first-day sign-up went, it looks like you are too! We sold out by noon, but we do have a waiting list available. And we have more day trips for you to sign up for right away: Please see the two forms on the left and the details below for Pickity Place on Tuesday, April 30, and Hidden Gardens of Beacon Hill on Thursday, May 16. Both of these trips will be a lovely celebration of spring.
