by Connie Braceland

As the saying goes, “If we had no Winter, the Spring would not be so pleasant”! Here in Club 50 we love the springtime and couldn’t agree more. The nicer weather makes us want to do anything but stay indoors – therefore we’re continuing to put together the trips you have asked about! And be careful what you wish for, because we have a lot coming your way…
Our NEW website is coming soon!

What are the gift and estate tax rules after tax reform?

What are the gift and estate tax rules after tax reform?

The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, signed into law in December 2017, approximately doubled the federal gift and estate tax basic exclusion amount to $11.18 million in 2018 (adjusted for inflation in later years). After 2025, the exclusion is scheduled to revert to its pre-2018 level and be cut approximately in half. Otherwise, federal gift and estate taxes remain the same.

Read more about gift giving and schedule an appointment with Sandy Penchansky, CFP® to discuss estate planning options that fit your needs.

Next Stop for Club 50….Washington D.C.!

The Club recently returned home from one of their big trips of 2018. The end of April (April 29th – May 5th) proved to be a perfect time of year to visit our Nation’s capital, Washington, D.C.! With countless sites to see the days were packed with monuments, museums and historic landmarks. There was never a dull moment to be had! And how could we forget our exclusive visit to the White House…it doesn’t get more authentic than that. With a vivacious group of travelers and beautiful weather, it was a great time to be had by all!
